Social Committee Activities

SUNDAE FUNDAY

Team Archmill was in for a treat as they indulged in a build-your-own sundae extravaganza, basking in the sunny weather. The pavilion was transformed into an ice cream lover’s paradise, adorned with a variety of toppings. Watch the recap here.
STAFF APPRECIATION BBQ

The Shareholder Team seasoned and cooked over 200 beef and veggie patties! This barbecue also featured the inaugural game of Archmill’s new cornholes. Watch the recap here.
8TH ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE

Our 8th Annual Food Drive was a hit, and we were able to collect over 12 boxes of non-perishable items for Good Shepherd Hamilton. Also, our clothing drive was able to collect over 100 articles of clothing for Reach Out Centre for Kids!!!
SPIRIT DAY: BEACH THEME

The team got together on Thursday August 11th to show off our beach wear and enjoy ice cream sundaes courtesy of Crazy Cravings.
SPIRIT DAY: SPORTS THEMED

Team members came to work dressed to the nines in their favourite team’s gear and 3 of our best-dressed players came away with a prize (and bragging rights).
UNITED WAY: Walk-This-Way Fundraiser

This fitness challenge allowed team members to get out and enjoy some fresh air while helping 205,311 of our friends and neighbours who rely on United Way programs.
SPIRIT DAY: PUMPKIN CARVING BASH

Teams of 3-10 people worked together to design, carve, and decorate a pumpkin. The Archmill Team flexed their creative muscles, which resulted in some very impressive and unique pumpkins.
SPIRIT DAY: WACKY WEDNESDAY

In November, the Team celebrated ‘Wacky Wednesday’ by dressing up in our wackiest hats and socks. 3 lucky winners came away with a prize in 3 separate categories: Best Socks and Hat, Best socks, and Best Hat.
SPIRIT DAY: UGLY SWEATER

In December, on the final spirit day of 2022, the team dressed in their most festive (and ugly) sweaters!
SPIRIT DAY: CANDY GRAMS

Employees had the opportunity to anonymously send a sweet treat to their co-workers. All proceeds from the candy gram orders went to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
SPIRIT DAY: ARE YOU ALL IN?

Tuesday April 18th was a spirit day here at Archmill. The question of the day was: are you ALL IN? The team was encouraged to dawn their finest Archmill spirit attire and they certainly delivered!
